Welcome to HousePhysio. By using our services, website, or booking appointments, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
HousePhysio provides physiotherapy services via home visits in Birmingham and surrounding areas. All services are provided by certified physiotherapists and are based on an initial assessment and ongoing professional judgement.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or through our website.
- We require at least 24 hours‘ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
- If a physiotherapist needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule at the earliest possible time.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
- We accept cash, debit/credit cards, or online payment methods.
- Any outstanding payments must be cleared within 7 days of receiving an invoice.
4. Home Visit Policy
- Home visits are available in Birmingham and surrounding areas within a reasonable travel distance.
- An additional travel fee may apply depending on your location, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- A responsible adult must be present during home visits for patients under 18 years of age.
5. Medical Disclaimer
- Physiotherapy services provided by HousePhysio are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a doctor.
- Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or changes to their health prior to or during treatment.
- HousePhysio is not responsible for any undisclosed medical conditions affecting the outcome of your treatment.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
- All client information is handled in strict confidence and in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements.
- We will never share your personal information without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Liability
- While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective treatment, clients participate in physiotherapy sessions at their own risk.
- HousePhysio and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury or loss sustained during treatment unless proven to be due to negligence.
